Abstract. The article reveals the importance, methodology and methods, scientific significance of the implementation of scientific research project “The system of administrative and political control in the Volgograd region: monitoring of the efficiency, search of resources and development of innovative technologies of modernization” in the framework of regional competition of the Russian Humanitarian Science Foundation “Volga lands in the history and culture of Russia” 2015 – Volgograd region.
