Abstract: W.L.M. King’s book “Industry and Humanity” is the author’s research result of industrial relations in Canada and the USA during the first 15 years of the 20th century. This book has not been published in the Russian language. The author of the article briefly analyses M. King’s basic ideas and concepts and gives explanations of M. King’s vision on the way of liberalism development under the conditions of post-war industrial reconstruction.
