Abstract. The author of the article analyses the scientific heritage of N.S. Kinyapina who was the largest expert in the field of the history of the Russian foreign policy in the XIXth century; special attention is also paid to her pedagogical activities. Besides, the author presents the warmest reminiscences about N.S. Kinyapina as a bright individual.
