Abstract. The article considers the parity of the basic concepts which allow investigating changes in the system of international relations connected with foreign policy activity of the state. The author gives his definitions of such concepts as foreign policy process of the state, foreign policy behavior of the state, foreign policy communications of the state and some others. The article shows the functions and the place of these concepts in concrete conceptual numbers as well as some possibilities of their application in researches of corresponding theoretical concepts.
