Abstract. The article is devoted to an actual problem dealing with the cooperation of the former Soviet Turkic states and the Republic of Turkey. The research pays attention to the summits of the Turkic states organized during the second period of collaboration (2006–2010). The author analyzes mutual declarations signed at the summits by the Turkic states, describes the role of Ankara, Baku and Astana in the process of Turkic integration.
