Abstract. The questions of the changing standards in the USSR Labour Code during the War in 1922 are examined in the article. The more regular using of the labour duty, mobilization of the citizens into industrial and building works, the Legalization of overtime works, abolishment of leave, decrease in age to 14 years old and other measures helped as a result to stop a drop in production. The stimulating measures (bonus, factors to a salary, delay from the army) leveled a cruel administration of the standards in the USSR Labour Code by the emergency organs of the government’s side.
