Abstract. The adoption of EU «Eastern Partnership» program is described in the article. The reasons of Armenia’s joining Eastern partnership are found out and comprehended. A brief analyses of Armenian foreign policy is presented. An attempt to appraise the influence of Armenia’s participation in EaP on relations with Russia is undertaken.
