Abstract.  The article dwells on the directives of the Don Cadets and Oktyabristskie organizations on society political reorganization issues at the beginning of the XX century. The author reveals specificity of the local Constitutional-Democratic party and «the Union of October, 17th» organizations in comparison with the official all-party directives.
