The Journal is included into the Index of peer-reviewed academic journals where major scientific results of theses for cand. and dr. degrees should be published which is recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission attached to the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia. It took effect from the 1st December of 2015. 



We invite authors to publish their articles in the Journal! The publication is free, every author receives a free author's copy after release of an issue.

NB: The gathering articles for nos. 5 ("History of Byzantium"), 6 ("Russian revolutions and disturbances: typology, characteristics and lessons") and 1 (2018) (dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the victory in the Stalingrad Battle) has been finished yet. Any articles on other subjects under the headings of our Journal are being vieved for their publication in 2018.
